Wild BCIT Photography Workshop In-Person

Join us to explore the art of nature photography and celebrate United Nations World Wildlife Day (WWD).

The workshop will be led by professional photographer Wendy D. who believes that every moment is worth capturing, every person has a story worth telling, and every photograph is a collaboration between subject and photographer. Wendy specializes in capturing the truth and authenticity of her subjects, be it people or her latest passion macro photography of nature.

A great natural habitat photo tells a story of interactions within an ecosystem. BCIT campuses are surrounded by biodiverse areas. To help inspire BCIT photographers about these spaces, this workshop will cover the essence of compelling nature photos. It will also include a short hands-on photo walk by Guichon Creek.
