Food for Thought: Industry Insights: BCIT Alumni on Workplace Communication, including the question "Has AI changed workflow?" In-Person / Online

This pivotal discussion panel is an initiative of the Communication Department's Curriculum Committee at BCIT. As workplace communication and workflows have undergone significant transformations due to Covid-19 and the emergence of Generative AI technologies, understanding these changes is crucial. We have invited four distinguished BCIT alumni from the School of Business, School of Construction & Environment, School of Energy, and School of Computing and Academic Studies to provide valuable insights. They will address COMM faculty questions about recent shifts in communication practices and workflow adaptations in their respective fields. This event is a testament to our commitment to Faculty Support and Development and Student Engagement and Success, offering a dynamic platform for faculty to integrate cutting-edge industry practices into our curriculum. Join us to explore how these global developments are reshaping professional environments, ensuring our teaching strategies and academic offerings remain relevant and impactful.
