How to Prompt GenAI Right : The Basics In-Person

Join us for a 50-minute hands-on workshop where participants will 'explore' how to use the free version of ChatGPT for educational purposes. We will focus on crafting prompts tailored to teaching scenarios, with an emphasis on iteration and human oversight to refine results. This session will help you understand how to prompt GPT to better support our educational objectives.

Presented by Bahareh Shahabi

Bahareh has been with BCIT's COMM department since Dec. 2018. As a PhD candidate in Educational Technology and Learning Design, she is interested in the introduction and integration of new tools and technologies that can benefit educators and students.
